About Lee
Lee Hicks has over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer in South West London. He is a movement specialist whose expertise include improving fitness performance, nutrition and recovery from injury.
Lee has a certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D Movement Analysis & Performance System from the Gray Institute. He is an advance Boxercise instructor and achieved his Level 1 Holistic Lifestyle Coach at CHEK Institute and Level 1 with Precision Nutrition. Lee also has certification in ViPR, TRX and Power Plate.
